Roberts Environmental is delighted to be celebrating six years in business this month as we continue to go from strength to strength.

Since we first set up our Geo-Environmental Consultancy in 2012, we have provided transaction due diligence, development advice and site investigation services to a wide range of UK property investors and developers.

The last few years in particular have seen us secure a number of high profile instructions for clients including Columbia Threadneedle, Gentoo, Aldi, Gleeson Homes, Anchor Living, BMO Global Investors and Northumberland County Council, to name just a few.

We have worked on numerous projects in the North East, with one of the recent highlights being pre-acquisition environmental due diligence for an unnamed client of a £42m North East industrial portfolio prior to its sale by UK Land Estates.

We have worked on site investigations spanning the length and breadth of the country and have a growing number of clients outside of the North East region.

In 2017, we opened our London office to better serve our clients in the South and this has led to a range of new projects including ground investigations at brownfield sites in Bristol & Reading on behalf of Anchor Care Homes, as well as a further two instructions on care home sites in Hatfield and Chigwell. We have also undertaken work at two Asda sites in Leighton & Beckton on behalf of construction company, HB Projects.

During the past six years we have grown to a team of ten members of staff, doubling in the last year, with a great depth of expertise and experience, providing a strong team to take us forward into our next phase of growth.

We continue to grow having opened a London office in 2017 and doubling our staff numbers in this same year. We will continue to offer personal, proactive, commercial advice to our clients in the coming years and reach out to businesses which we don’t currently advise in all aspects of geo-environmental assessments. We have accomplished a great deal during our first six years and assisted countless businesses and people to realise their property investments. But what matters most now is what we do next.”
