Roberts Environmental is delighted to be celebrating ten years in business this year as we continue to go from strength to strength.

Since we first set up our Geo-Environmental Consultancy in 2012, we have provided transactional due diligence, development advice and site investigation services to a wide range of UK property investors and developers.

The last few years in particular have seen us secure a number of high profile instructions for clients including Elite Partners Capital, Columbia Threadneedle, LXi REIT, HB Projects, Barberry, Gleeson Homes, Anchor Living, BMO Global Investors and Caw Ingredients, to name just a few.

We have won numerous projects in the North East with one of the recent highlights being predevelopment geo-environmental assessments of the Forrest Park site in Newton Aycliffe – a  116- acre site in County Durham with planning consent for more than 1.75 million sq. ft of industrial/distribution accommodation.

We continue to work on site investigations spanning the length and breadth of the country and have a growing number of clients out side of the North East region.

In 2021, we opened our London office to better serve our clients in the South and this has led to a range of new projects including ground investigations at brownfield sites in Cricklewood in north west London and Hackney in north east London on behalf of Anchor Care Homes, as well as a further instructions in Southampton, Newhaven and Stowmarket. We have also undertaken work at a number of Lidl sites on behalf of Principal Contractors, HB Projects.

During the past ten years we have grown to a team of twelve members of staff, including recently employing a Finance Manager to provide further strength to our office-based Management Team. Such growth comes from the expertise, commitment and drive of our staff, the excellent relationships we have with our clients and the diversity in our offering.
